大二阶段项目——自己组装prusa 3D打印机

我曾经凭借自己一个人的力量组装了prusa 3D打印件。我就是按照着说明书和视频讲解,一步一步的组装,并且逐渐深入的了解了3D打印机的一些基础部件和一些安装技巧(就是如何是螺丝等固定件和3D打印件的预留部分相结合),特别是一些安装流程要注意只要顺序不对,就有很大的可能性装不上构件,有时因为3D打印的部件有一些缺陷(翘曲,表面粗糙,材料堆积等问题),所以有时需要使用很大的力量把轴承类相关零件塞入3D打印件,有时又担心力量太大了容易搞坏3D部件,有时又要调整3D打印机齿形传动带的松紧,不能太松不能太紧,最终经过了多次的尝试,最终完美的装好了3D打印机的硬件部分。之后还有电器连线部分,很多的传感器的信号线和步进电机的信号线需要连接,但是走线的部分有很狭窄,有时需要使用全力才可以将其卡在打印件的狭缝中,我还记得当时将正负接反了,上电没有反应,于是我问了客服,他帮我排查出了问题:我接反了。要不是有防止电源反接装置,这个主板就坏了。之后就是烧录3D打印机的固件了,我在Prusa官网上下载固件,通过type B接口转USB,将电脑上的打印机的固件通过Prusa切片软件PrusaSlicer烧录进3D打印机的主控,最终通过LCD交互界面可以运行操控打印机了。

然后就是重要的校准工作,微调打印机的各种参数,比如喷头到打印表面的距离,需要精确控制,如果太低就容易造成拉丝现象,要是太高就容易造成脱节,悬空打印;两边的丝杠上的上下移动的固定件需要平行等高,不然打印平面时就容易出现疏密的问题;打印机的速度和振动的对于元件的精度也有很大的影响,一般需要放置在不容易振动的表面,速度太快可能容易出问题,导致机器停止打印。

我从零组装的prusa 3D打印机,学习到了很多机械和仪器相关课程的实践内容,有时打印机喷口堵住了,我就自己拆开进料口部分,想办法去除阻塞物,分析问题解决问题,如图所示。

I use Ubuntu 22.04 both on WSL2 for Windows and on my server. Currently, I am preparing for the IELTS, aiming for a 7.0 score, with a current score of 6.5. My future academic goal is to study at a top 50 QS university in Australia, such as UNSW Sydney, the country’s top-ranked university for engineering. Post-graduation, I plan to pursue entrepreneurship, focusing on local AI model deployment, particularly in healthcare. In addition to my technical pursuits, I am fascinated by Western culture, history, and philosophy, and I look forward to returning to Europe to further explore these areas.
